It's not.....it's almost certainly tightly controlled by the state or province if not a state owned industry altogether. For the elites to control, can't have you poor fuckers getting in on all that cash flow.

That's what they are all doing...making sure only the elites get in on it, love allllll that "regulation" it's for common good to make sure it's an industry that only the very rich and well connected get to participate in.

Now that I'm older - the stigma. People over here, not to mention back home are quite judgmental about it, and associate the smell of pot with white trash living .

It's weird to me that Americans speak so openly about it.
