I'm not sure you really do, Merelan, or will, but briefly it refers to the two and half months of 24/7 (not just mornings!) sickness I suffered -- and the 15 pounds lost -- before I found out that WitchsKat was indeed an incipient human being and not some mutant influenza virus.

I was one of those lucky women who didn't get over it until about my 6th month, either.

Whenever WitchsKat and I are having a mother/daughter moment, I have been known to call her Hong Kong B. It is an effective way to induce a momentary guilt.
