What are you fuckers reading now?

Little Women - somehow I never have.
Feminists don't wear Pink - a set of essays, some good some meh
The mountain between us - crap, didn't finish
The Butcher - Alina Reyes. Managed to find another copy and it is fantastic.

My cousin requested it for Xmas, so I hear it's good. Matt Haig writes in a variety of genres I think

If you have an opportunity give The End of Man a chance.. by Christina Sweeney-Baird.. I found it fascinating.

A City On Mars by Kelly Weinersmith and her husband..

Also a cautionary tale.. but interesting and funny!

Henry VI Part 1, at a site with the play in the original verse and modern prose, with notes explaining the frequent puns. I could eventually read all the plays in chronological order.

Disco Witches of Fire Island by Blair Fell.
Recommended and given to me by a far away friend!
Liking it about a third into it.

Now that I have time to devote to reading I have started to reread some of my favourite books.

Currently reading Return of the Native. Best enjoyed with a glass of Shiraz by an open fire.

The Last Days of Marilyn Monroe by James Patterson. Never read him before and I have to say I think my cat could write better.

I might go read a book but it could certifiably interfere with my ability to read nonsense instead.

And no one wants that, eh.

At the risk of interfering with my ability to be an idiot, I might mention this... however.

Many, many, MANY years ago, there was this place... no, THIS PLACE, literally THIS place... like, LITEROTICA. And you could READ stuff!! There was stuff to read in both long and short form.

The long form stuff was... well, it was there to be argued about.

And the short form stuff was... THERE!! YUM!!

Those were the days...

What was I saying? Or attempting to make a point about? I forget.
