A great, kinda obscure, album...

You might be interested in my latest story "Mature Wife Turns a Trick." It's about a woman who - with her husbands approval - offers a record store owner 9 minutes of sex in exchange for rare vinyl. (In the wake of Poseidon by King Crimson).

And Ronnie. I've mentioned that record at least once before here. (Pete and David Gilmour, yeah baby!)

I've been listening (and playing) a lot more lately, leaving less time to write, which I'm sure will please some here. My latest (re)-find (via Los Lobos; gracias again, amigos) is "The World Is A Ghetto" by War, an integrated band at a time when the word was not willing to hear integrated bands. I'd heard "Cisco Kid" many times before and liked it, but holy s***, remastered and turned up through cans it is a revelation. And the title track, and really, every other song on the album.
