Keeping depression or negative thoughts to yourself isn't good for you in the long run. We all need support at some point, never be afraid to ask for it. 🫂

:heart: @Lollygirl26 @angelofthenorth @LucianaGrace 😘 were there for me when I was at the lowest point in my life. I can think back, listen and see all their support, it was invaluable.

I can never repay what they did for me, so, I will be forever paying it forward.
