Tea..?
I drink herbal tea for the rest of the day, but morning coffee is imperative!
So...I take it that you're really into your coffee then?
It’s a safety matter. For everyone else.

I suggest a cup of bulletproof or keto coffee then first thing after you get up.
It works better than anyone who's never tried it can believe until they try it themselves.![]()
I do the “here hear” thing alllllll the time.![]()
Is that where you add butter to your cup? I’m not sure... I’m a strong, black, no sugar coffee kinda gal...
MCT oil and ghee or clarified butter.
I don't put sugar or creamers in my coffee and only make bulletproof coffee every once in a while.
Why are Americans so obsessed with British royalty we fought a war to get rid of?
Eww!![]()
You don't just pour it all in JJ, you either run it through a blender or use one of those handheld milk frothers to blend it all together so that it has a creamy head to it. The finished product looks like a custom cup of coffee from a high-end coffee shop and tastes incredibly good. Even better it gives you a lot of energy and you're not as hungry. If you like coffee then try a cup of this stuff after you've had your baby. I'm fairly certain that you'll like it a lot.![]()

You said head.
Creamy head, in fact.

That's my kind of head. Oh wait. We're talking about coffee. Never mind.![]()
Why are Americans so obsessed with British royalty we fought a war to get rid of?
Because it has huge political implications and those who are not total dumb asses watch that kinda stuff. It's called being socially/politically aware.![]()
