That sounds absolutely delicious. I am gonna have to try and replicate this soonOk this is a very specific cultural one. Jangjorim…it’s soy braised beef. My mom always used stew meat and you put it in a pot and covered it with soy sauce. You can add jalapeños. Simmer it for hours. The refrigerate and peel the fat out. Store in a jar in the fridge. The outside of the meat becomes like a bark and the inside is super tender. It’s meant to be shredded and eaten with rice.
Saturday mornings I’d sit in front of the tv with the jar of meat and snack on it as is.
