I read that one, too. As you said.....really good, but crazy. Have you seen Babygirl, with Nicole Kidman?I just listened to her other books, which were very thought provoking. Didn’t understand all of the characters motivations but still appreciated the books. Was waiting on this one as was talking about some reading it when some friends did. All fours by Miranda July started my women’s lit journey. That one was really good, but crazy too!
Have not. Any good?I read that one, too. As you said.....really good, but crazy. Have you seen Babygirl, with Nicole Kidman?
I've seen the trailer for it.Haven't seen it either. On my list. Sounds like some hot bondage scenes.
I missed this! I'm about to start book 2 but I'm a little slow going because of school reading. I'm glad it's keeping it's intensity all the way through book 7!Seriously when you two get further in we need to talk. Book 7 is stressing me out.![]()
It gets so good. More serious. More emotional. But so good.I missed this! I'm about to start book 2 but I'm a little slow going because of school reading. I'm glad it's keeping it's intensity all the way through book 7!
I’m starting He Who Fights with Monsters now that I’m done but it’s not nearly as good. Not sure I’ll finish it.I missed this! I'm about to start book 2 but I'm a little slow going because of school reading. I'm glad it's keeping it's intensity all the way through book 7!
I too gave up on the dark forest. I was listening to them though. I didn’t dislike the first bookNothing. I gave up on The Dark Forest, the sequel to The Three-Body Problem. I've never struggled so mightily through one and a half books in my life. Decided my time was better spent doing virtually anything else. Like maybe giving my electric clippers a good cleaning.
