Not so much, actually. The brush style and paint flow is radically different, as is the technique. The weird handle on the brush throws me off too.

And all of that technical talk means, yes, my miniatures painting experience did help.

I wanna change my vote! Now the toenails are a deep almost midnight blue. I'm not sure of the name of it, since the label came off the bottle, but it's from Paul Harris. It just looks soft, and edgy, at the same time.

Hi Netzach. Although my nails are always polished I keep them barely longer than the tip of my finger. I wear gloves when I fist someone so it's not an issue, and I am used to the way my own nails "feel" when I masturbate.

You can buy nail buffers at any beauty supply store which work fairly well if you like the unpolished look.

Right now, they're "Take Charge!", an oh-so-slightly darker red than "coke can red". Normally, though, I wear "Blue it", a sparkly deep royal blue (a little lighter than a dark-blue Bic lighter). Honestly, though, I prefer having my nails very short and unpolished- any other way makes it very hard to play the guitar, as my nails get in the way, and the polish flakes off on the strings.

I really wish I could find a blood red polish, but the stuff sold out here is either not dark enough, too dark, or not enough hue to it and looks washed-out.

I was in musical school at the time and my teacher would have cut of my finger tips along with my nails if I ever grew any. At least she looked like that, she was very intimidating.

I tend to keep my nails short and groomed, primarily for typing, cleanliness, and convenience reasons. I recently discovered that frequent masturbation is yet another reason for it.
