Anxiety is a brutal thing, I have been dealing with it for almost 20 years. I have a decent handle on it now, but those early years, I missed work a half dozen times where I could not leave the house.

It is a tough battle and kudos to you for fighting the good fight and being open about it. If you ever need to talk, or just vent, send me a PM.

Thank you I wish more people understood it! Looks like I’ve lost everyone I cared about, due to my recent health scare causing anxiety to spike. So continuing on right now is more of a battle than anyone realises

Sold my dining room table and chairs through FB market place/local yard sale groups. And pissed off one lady who started out with she didn't have a car to come right now, could she come later. This was a new thing for me, I didn't know what to expect with responses and wouldn't have listed it during my lunch break if I had known that it can move very fast.

And I packed up a box of clothes from the closet..
