Putting the Christmas things away properly - including all towels, jumpers, etc. I will NOT find a random item hiding anywhere that was overlooked.
Also, getting everyone ready for normal routines tomorrow. A proper start to 2026.

I haven’t even gotten properly dressed today, I’ve just been playing games all day. I swear I’m an adult and not a teenager who’s home alone.

I called my health insurance again and biked four miles to shop. I thought of stopping at a second store, but I didn't want to leave merchandise outside on my bike or bring it into a store. I will shop more tomorrow after work.

I’m trying to achieve a little more today than I did yesterday. I baked potato flatbread with the leftover mashed potatoes from yesterday for breakfast, so at least that’s a good beginning!

We were testing out 4x versions of the family yeast roll recipe. Gluten free didn’t work out, but the rest were delicious, but one clear winner.

Sounds great! Especially cool that you have a family recipe! Gluten free can be tricky. Tips: use psyllium, oil your hands before rolling each roll.

Maybe I should make some rolls today as well, would be tasty and I love the aroma of bread baking in the oven.
