Let's see.....today is officially my first day of my retirement - that's an accomplishment. I went to the bank to deposit my last extra check as an employee - they paid me for unused vacation time. Then I went to get a hair cut. Then I went to get my brand new glasses adjusted. The "angle" was wrong, and they made me a little queasy wearing them, so I got that taken care of. Then I stopped by the grocery store to pick up some thin cut pork chops, milk and corn.

Cooked my final Hello Fresh meal from my first order. The card says 30 minutes but it took me more than an hour. I’m anal about prepping the vegetables I think. I have to cut both ends off the green beans and wash everything with Fit. It’s still a good service and I am getting it again this week. I’m also giving 4 friends a free week to try it out. I think they will like it as much as I do.
