Got a 5 mile run in, cleaned the bathrooms, cleaned the oven dusted, vacuumed, and cleaned out the hot tub for winter shutdown.

Ribs in slow cooker, bathrooms cleaned, dog walked, laundry folded and put away

Four loads of laundry washed, dried and put away. Bought, schlepped home, and put away $200.00 in groceries, cleaned the bathroom, emptied the dishwasher, cleaned the litter box, and made a quinoa salad for my stepdad to pick up and take to my mom.

I love to use it in the winter, but it is pretty costly to keep it going. If I had a regular hot tub buddy I would probably keep it going year round.

Pulled something in my knee yes so today's accomplishment was going to the store and walked around almost 2 hours using the cart for support... That was today's = PT so when I see my PT doctor tomorrow I was pro active on my injury.
