What do wear under you kilt?

There's still time!

Oh darn! And I missed it :(

Well, since I'm there every weekend and since Springtime in North Texas has a tendency to be breezy, I'm sure that there will be plenty more opportunities for getting an accidental peek. ;) Come on down!

Windy days can be such a turn on... knowing there are women out there trying to get a peek at your ass.

I do have a question though....
The kilts are made of wool correct?..doesn't that itch certain um..tender places?

They are made of wool. mine is 16 oz ...

I've never felt an itch anwhere ! but do wear a lingish shirt ...

That's good to know, wouldn't want any rashes to um mar the anywhere.

Next question, what is a lingish shirt or is that longish shirt?

I'll need to get some pics sorted.. I am out at a kilty do next month I'll see what we can do

Many (and at one time most) kilts were made of wool. The nicer ones were (are) lined with some sort of non-wool material at the front and back to avoid chafing. A shirt with long tails will serve the same purpose and would have been the way the chafing problem was addressed until the early 1800's when the kilt as we know it (the true "tailored kilt") came into being.

My kilt is acrylic and is unlined. I have a pattern and instructions for a casual kilt that calls for the use of a trouser-weight poly-cotton twill blend and it is unlined as well.

I totally dig a man in a kilt :)
Prefer you unshaven, though. Natural and all.... hehe

To reply to the original question, I usually wear my normal briefs. (Except on special occasions...) Mine is Ancient Urquhart, and at I bought it as a 19yo student. Its 24oz, which is almost impossible to get now, and it still fits me perfectlyat age 62, though I've had to punch another hole in the leather ties.

In response to Baker St Muse, if it's not wool, then it is NOT a kilt. Scotland is sheep country!

ooh, one of my favorite topics! please, more pics and posters, pleeeease? :D
Mac has given me permission to add mine. I never wear anything underneath, even at formal functions. In fact, there's something about meeting VIPs and chatting to colleagues about business whilst my tackle hangs freely that I find strangely exciting. I'm sure you ladies are accustomed to this, going by the number of you who don't like to show a panty-line.
