Ehem...I know what you mean about not saying it in everyday conversation...yet we know the terms, huh?

In Tagalog, we say "pag-aari" as a general term for genitalia, whether for men or women. That's the formal word. In common usage, like chi chi, we say ti-ti for a man and pe-pe for a woman. Sort of like making baby sounds.
