Men answer too!

Yep, that would be it. I seem to be one of those women who take a really really long time to reach it, and I usually just get too tired or frustrated. (not with anyone, unfortunately)
I thought knowing how others feel, might help me know when I'm getting closer and just for curiosity's sake differences that women have

I can take a really long time, too. Taking breaks definitely help to resensitize and refocus you mentally; fatigue and frustration are counterproductive, obviously. If your fantasies aren't that arousing, try reading some stories for some new material. Go in thinking you're just looking to learn about your body, NOT orgasm (i.e. take all of the pressure off). From what I can tell, you're setting high expectations and putting a lot of pressure on yourself. When I have trouble, the problem is inevitably mental, so if you can get in the right mindset, you should be fine.Ayren said:Yep, that would be it. Yep, best description that relates closely to me. My whole body tingles like electricity is flowing through it, and then suddenly over the edge I go. If a very strong orgasm I pass out for a few seconds then come to crying, it's that intense. But has to be the right sort of bloke to do that.naughtygirl69s said:I get that buzzy, edgy full feeling deep inside and a zippy electric feeling in my head, it's like being at the crest of a hill on a roller coaster, where you're just about to go over the edge, I usually try to stay at that edge for a while, but I have a hard time maintaining it, I either lose it entirely or suddenly go OVER the edge.
I wish I could bottle up that feeling of being on the edge, it's also a very dirty place in my mind, I get the dirtiest, naughty thoughts when im at that point, it's like my fantasies are the deepest, darkest, secretest place in my head when im on the edge
I like this topic, I wish more guys would answer

For me, its a build-up of pressure, and the longer its been since my last ejaculation, the bigger the pressure.
I always try to hold back as much as possible, because the harder the release, the bigger the orgasm. As it builds, the head of my cock becomes very sensitive (I'm circumsized btw), and my testicles/scrotum also get sensitive, so it's great when my wife rubs them at that crucial climax.
For me the orgasm lasts as long as the process of ejaculating, and for several seconds after. Body twitches, especially if she still touches me.
I'm actually able to make my wife orgasm through penetration, as well as clitoral stimulation, or a combination.
Hell, she even comes during anal sometimes. But she can also take forever, and sometimes can't come...just gets rubbed to the point of it feeling raw.
Women definitely need to be in a 'frame of mind' to have a good orgasm, unlike a man who can pretty much get off as long as his unit is functional.

Some of what I feel:
lightheaded, electricity running around my clit and deep inside, heat, intense heat, build up, dizzy, delicious, gasping, building, pressure, tightening, at the edge, at the edge, BAM, explosion! floating, floating, starting to breathe again, euphoria, smiling, a need to cuddle and be held
And then I want MORE!!!!![]()
I'm a guy, but it's very much the same for me. When it's really good, there's an effortless sense of excitement that rises throughout my body and leads directly to ejaculation. Time is briefly suspended and things are completely out of my control. I wish I knew how to make it that way every time...eudaemonia said:Well, right before it's going to be inevitable -- once in a blue moon, it's not -- all I can describe it as is, "OMG, it's happening ... " Sometimes it's a like a slow-mo wave washing over me, sometimes it's as lightning quick as a tsunami. Every O is different, but the OMG-It's-Happening is always the same. It's like something grips me and I can't/don't want to escape. Lovely and delicious feeling ... as others have said, I wish I could bottle it.
