I don't know where you live, but if it's anything like my neck of the woods, there are sure to be a few coffee shops with acoustic open-mic nights. It's been my experience that a little singing and strumming of one's flat-top, before a captive audience in a target rich coffee shop environment, greatly increases the probability of the realization of the last activity you listed. This is especially true if a lot of the women therein are so young that they assume, because they've never heard it, that I wrote "Fire and Rain."
