What do you like?

I like the western half of North Carolina very much. I went down to the Bele Chere festival this past weekend to see one of my favorite bands, Southern Culture on the Skids...had a great time. I love that city...and there were tons of gorgeous women...love summertime, shorts and sundresses and LEGSSSS!!

I'm right in the middle of NC, slinger, and I prefer the western half myself. I wish i could have made it to the Bele Chere festival. I'll be heading up that way soon, though...

I remember you saying you were from Boone area....but I didnt know where you were now.

I wasnt there for the festival, just there to see Southern Culture and also to have some Mellow Mushroom pizza, that best pizza outside of Chicago, IMO....ever have it or hear of Southern Culture?

thats a vid from the show, the sound isnt the best, but it was terrific live. In the bottom left hand corner is a guy with spiky hair bopping just like a white guy, that would be me..

I've been there a few times..I always stayed at the Residence Inn on North Point Blvd.. It's too city for me and other than Pilot Mountain, its too flat...I do love Charlotte though..
