What does Margarine Taylor Greene do all day?

Nothing says unpatriotic American like an unwillingness to allow States not to have a decision as to how their citizens should be treated. Why is it an issue to have a discussion on what a State must do if they choose they no longer wish to be part of the US? What are you afraid of? All you are doing is fostering violence. Why? Having a conversation as to the requirements a state must meet does not mean the state will leave. What it does, however, is open the pathway to communication...which is more than we have now. Refusal to listen to their side...only creates hostility and makes you no better than them.

What people may not know...there have been polls asking this very question for over 50 years. Now...polls are polls...they have issues. But they always have had issues...so a change in trend reflects a real change...it is just we may be inaccurate in our precision. So how do you disclaim the upward trend? We have polls now that estimate 20% of Americans think their State can take care of them better than the Federal Govt. That's not pocket change. And it is growing. What will you do when this grows to 30%? And then to 40%? When will you then start asking the real question...how can we re-unite this country? See...the longer you wait...the harder it is to repair the damage. What you stupid people refuse to acknowledge...our Constitutional Rights are already being violated by the Judicial System favoring the conservative mindset. Yet....you really think...the Courts that violate women...blacks...whatever gender people claim...will miraculously support keeping States together? Seriously? The courts that allows individuals with domestic violence...to have guns...so they can use them on the wives that speak out against them. Man...share those drugs

And yes, the Greene thing MUST be removed for violating the Oath.

And yes, the Greene thing MUST be removed for violating the Oath.
And this is why my way is the only way. Do you understand how she can be removed? Tell me bright one....how can that happen?

The Constitution outlines the process....do you need me to explain the words to you?

Let’s review some of the governing principles of America,
@mtgreenee

: Our country is governed by the Constitution. You swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution. Secession is unconstitutional. No member of Congress should advocate secession, Marjorie.
what happens when the government itself violates the Constitution and acts illegally or issues unconstitutional edicts?

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for a law which violates the Constitution to be valid. This is succinctly stated as follows:

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void. "
Marbury vs Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them."
Miranda vs Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491.

"An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no right; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed."
Norton vs Shelby County118 US 425 p.442

"The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and the name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it."
16th American Jurisprudence 2d, Section 177, late 2nd, Section

Is this meant to defend MTG's call for secession?

It's meant to question the validity of Cheney's remark when the government itself acts unconstitutionally. But to your question, where was Cheney when this happened? Was anyone in CA prosecuted for floating this idea?

California Secede? One Group Got a Key Approval Last Week to Try

By Janice Bitters @janicebitters/ September 14, 2020

One of the most well-known groups pushing for California to secede from the rest of the country got the OK from state officials last week to collect signatures for a secession question on a future ballot.

The news of the approval came on the heels of California's 170th “birthday,” or anniversary marking the day it became the 31st state in the union. If the signature collection by pro-independence group Yes California is successful, residents would, in an undetermined future election, decide whether to cast a “no confidence” vote in the United States and create a commission to evaluate the Golden State’s ability to govern itself.

Yes California is one of several small, but vocal, organizations pushing for state independence. Its leaders are now working to secure 623,212 registered voter signatures in the next 180 days to qualify for the ballot, according to Alex Padilla, California’s secretary of state.

It’s not the first time the group has collected signatures to push California to break up with the rest of the United States, taking its wealthy tech titans and 40 million residents with it.

So you are defending MTG ....got it.

You may want to check out Texas vs White.

Your threads say otherwise.

How's the Arizona results coming along for ya? Durham? ....can't wait to see your position on Biden come through for ya and of course China.

LOL wrongways list of fails is tens of thousands of posts........pick a political name, lets say Comey....see what comes up....

Comey will be shown to have been lying in more than one case, and under oath as well. I want to see Durham nail the key principle actors on conspiracy violations of 18 USC 371, "Conspriracy Against The United States."
Well wrongway never got to see Durham nail anything.....

With this idiot, you can do this all the time, on everything he posts......great fun, a laugh an hour so to say.

No, you're the delusional idiot.
Durham has indicted Igor Danchenko in Virginia. His trial is pending. Tell me that's a delusion.
Seems it was a delusion, well Danchenko being convicted of lying anyhow.....
Your threads say otherwise.

For my Democrat friends that think this is an isolated view. Half of Republicans think this way....and more and more Democrats.

The Supreme Court has determined previously a State cannot unilaterally secede. That Ruling can be overturned by one modern Ruling. This is why it is imperative Congress deals with this. I find it odd certain people believe a woman has the right to choose what is best for her....but a State does not.
