What does your bedroom look like? Let's see some photos!

Ours is covered with mirrors of all shapes and sizes, all with their frames painted black, there are over 25 of them, all collected at yard sales, or salvaged from trash pile.

There are also over 25 different candle holders in the room, from wall sconces to to small tea light holders. The effect with the candles at night, reflecting off the mirrors, gives some amazing designs on the walls.

In the photos, on the left you can see our spanking bench. The kids think it's a piece of exercise equipment, well, that's not entirely a lie, I do exercise my right to spank on it!

Can't post pics of ours right now, partly because I don't have any and partly because it is not complete as yet.....well actually is a work about to be in progress...next project in the renovations. It does cover the top floor of the house which makes it huge....big enough finally to swing the bullwhip, as long as we work it in the right place so as to not send anything crashing. The view from the windows is also great as we have tall trees and gardens on this side of the street, and the park and canal on the other. Have stripped some of the wallpaper and paint, but the rest is yet to be done, and some scaffolding might be required to reach the height at the peak of the ceiling and walls. The intention is to make a bathroom up there, with a bathrub big enough for at least 2......our bed is metal frame, dark grey, black in some light, red sheets most days, and a midnight blue crushed velvet quilt.

We are still trying to decide how we want to decorate, and he has suggested we really go for a dungeon look by leaving the concrete floor uncovered except for mats here and there. A cage may be built into a very convenient corner which has very little use for anything else. We have an old but beautiful polished wooden cupboard, 2 doors, 4 drawers, which holds most of our smaller toys and the whips. The canes, crops, metal wallpaper stripper (which will never be used for that :D ), and carpet beater, all reside in the corner near the bed and the existing washbasin. Have 2 standing lamps for lighting as well as a few candles here and there if wanted....a stereo and about a quarter of my music collection. ALso love our exposed beams which we hope to be able to restore from the ghastly white painted state they are in to the original timber with an added stain....if not, they will likely be black to contrast with the white ceiling, and possibly a red feature wall where we might attach rings etc., for good whipping and flogging sessions. Also need to add a skylight, but it will all come together and be worth the wait and work once it does. :catroar:

Ours is cluttered. lol We have a waterbed frame, with a regular mattress in it. We also put in the box springs so when I'm tired I need help into it - it's so high up (for me). Our bed has a mirror in the headboard and some shelves that I have candles on. We also have our dreser, which has another huge mirror on it. Above our bed is four smallish pictures of the ocean, and across from it is a big pictures of the forest. I don't hae any pictures, but I'll get one and post it.

no pics but wood floors and molding. a very light color blue/gray on the walls white furniture with silver hardware...my headboard also has a mirror that i have a navy blue scarf type curtain thingie draped over on top. my bedding is navy blue with light gray vine looking stuff on it. my curtains match. my closet is as big as my last bedroom was and have those wood shutter type doors on it. the bathroom is white tile with navy borders and a navy decorative tile here and there all the fixtures, hardware, and accesories are silver. so my bed/bath sorta do match which is what i was wanting when i started to decorate. no pics...i dunno why though. i have pics or almost everyplace else in my house.
now is time to start planning my kitchen which for now is a completely unfinished portion of my house that was built 2 or so years ago but the funding wasnt there for all i need in there...any suggestons? :)

My room hasn't changed much throughout the years. Its a classic princess room with pink walls and purple curtines. I did just get a headboard that is silver and seems like a very nice place for hand cuffs *sighs* wishes...wishes

pale pink-peach walls..trimmed in white
earthy stained concrete floors with an oriental rug

no window coverings at all...a wonderful benefit of living in the country..no prying eyes...and the glories of the night and day are mine

tall four poster pine bed - queen size lots of pillows
dresser with mirrored hutch at the foot of the bed...niches for candles

not much room to swing a flogger...you'll have to use your hands :D

no art as of yet on the walls..but i dream of walls covered in black and white erotic art and photos..framed in simple black frames

the few toys i have are in the bottom drawer of the nightstand..if you get a chance to visit :)

Hella messy and loooots of wires and computer/music equipment.

Ikea Malm Dressers. Oak futon frame doesn't match. Futon and handed down 1950s' wool blankets.

Cheap, birchy, mainstream, lots of shit on the dressers. (cosmetics et al.)

Most mayhem happens outside the bedroom.

Come on folks, your digital camera has the abilty to take non kink photos, 168 people have viewed this, and no other photos?

Are you still sleeping on that Barney comforter? Is that why ya won't show us?

My room's a mess. I'll clean it this week and then take a pic. But I don't want anyone seeing it like it is.

It's funny sometimes to see people's kink photos, and the room in the background is a mess! I think one of the funniest photos I have seen is this one attached, look closely!

I have the white suburban bedroom in the white suburban town.
The bed is an iron white one which I despise. But its practical.lol.

The dresser is a funky retro which I love, which has mirrors in the shape of an apple, with etched lines like the core. The hinged side mirror covers a narrow set of little shelves and theres a small candle shaped light where the stem would be. The tops are black glass and the shelves are on 3 levels. Its weird and unique.

A wallhanging from africa behind the bed ( lots of zebras, it started my obssession), Black and white bedside lamps.
Zebra print floor rugs.
A box at the end covered in zebra fabric.
Bedside tables covered with gypsy style red/blue scarves, stacks of books and my vibe of the week.

Actually, it was the digital card reader for my computer that didn't want to work. :(

But now it's been fixed so here are two pictures from my combined bedroom/homeoffice. :)
The bed will be replaced as soon as I have saved enought money to buy the one I want.

Wow you got very nice rooms those that showed them. Mine is in the process of being torn apart. In four months I will have a new room with my Sir and I will show it then. Can't wait to see what it looks like myself. :D

Oh and I hate seeing erotic pics of people and they are in a very messy room. Back when I took erotic photos I made sure to tidy up first or crop the mess out of the pic. ;)

Have seen this mentioned before, but if you take the time to stop and tidy up, the erotic moment then becomes more staged and not erotic. Usually I don't have to worry about it, but still am not going to stop everything to check the scenery in the middle of something good if he wants to take a pic. :D

I can appreciate the heat of the moment and all. But, we know that many of these pics are posed and meant to be shared. So, if that is the case then clean up or face the tidy police harressing you. :D

Wonderful space, whats up with the teddy bear? :D

M Wisdom your space looks so serene and umm... Danish. ;)

I think I may finally paint the bedroom this week/end. The apartment building was built in the 20s; I have oak floors, 6" baseboards; 10 foot ceilings with crown crown moulding around the top. The bedroom has double windows facing the courtyard; the draperies are simple white opaques hung on a brass rod with brass rings. (very drapey) There are two entrances to the bedroom- a normal door off the hallway, or double doors off the living room. I keep the hall door closed and use the double doors. The only furniture is a cherry 4 poster (1/2 tester) double bed sitting in the middle of the far wall- bedding at the moment is a simple white down[alternative] comforter, pillows and a double bedskirt. The walls are white; I plan to paint them a deep garnet soon. Eventually I'll get a vintage/antique nightstand and vanity to blend with the bed, throw identically framed nude studies on the walls, and find space for plants and candles. :)

i really love that teal toned wall .. and the wooden cubicle shelf too ... and the track lighting ....
We have talked about possible adding color to our walls here and that tone of teal is a shade that could work for us. Master is color blind and would see it as gray, but i see it as teal. He likes gray .... it could work. :)

Eh... my room is pretty cluttered, at least as far as walls are concerned. It's hard going from an apartment to one bedroom and I hate leaving stuff in boxes, though even now half my stuff is still in rubbermaid boxes.

I've got lots of books and dvds but they are in cabinets and shelves, then have a my few seperated areas for certain collections such as wolves, coca cola bear paraphinalia, etc.

Then I have my artwork hanging up on another wall. I really don't have an empty wall, and it's a bit busy but hopefully I'll be getting a house or apartment soon so I can feel less cluttered
