WTF is a "key" AHer?

Someone with a key to the metaphorical executive toilet.

I use a garderobe, of course. My key is a battle axe.

Thank you for making that clear, Og. I am now put in my place once again concerning writing threads. The message: Don't bother starting them.

I guess there's nothing more for me to do than go back to my flirting and sitting around looking pretty. That's what you people think I'm all about anyway, right? Silence from the "key" AHers, on this thread and the other serious ones that I've started, speaks volumes.

I've finally got the message. You all must be very proud.

*leaves the thread to die*

Aurora, don't leave the thread. Some of us here are new and we have no idea whether the topic's been covered before or not. And for those who find it repetitive, they can click on by it if they like. But please don't let the idea that something's been discussed before stop you from posting about it.

Personally, I'm enjoying this thread. :)

It's a good thread and an important topic. Maybe if we could figure out what makes people feel the urge to comment, it would help all of us improve the level of feedback on the site. I still say you have to make them feel something for your characters. Happy, sad, angry, turned-on, it doesn't matter. Make me feel something strongly and I'll always leave a comment.

I too respond well to strong emotion and try to make stories that deal with it. :) And I am enjoying this thread.
