Over the last 3 weeks I just haven't been able to stop masterbating.

Before I used to do it like once a day but over the last 3 weeks I've been doing it a minimal of 4 times every day going up to as much as 7.

I finish then afew hours later Im rubbing my cock agin I just can't seem to stop.

Any idea's whats happened to make me do this... i've tried excersise to take my mind off it but no matter what I do im right back to wanting to do it just an hour later.

I think alot does depend on how busy and tired you are. Are you keeping busy? Do you have enough extra-curricular activities to keep your mind and body occupied?
