I don't think mere cheating does qualify as cuckqueaning. I'm hardly an expert here but my impression was that the wife has to be into it (i.e., her husband sleeping with other women) rather than merely tolerating it.
I don't like the word 'cuck' and that is because I assume there is an element of humiliation to the term. Being with or seeing your mate get it on with another with your consent is a threesome or group sex or swapping. So I am assuming that those who want the 'frisson' of a 'cuck' story want the extramarital coupling to be involuntary.
