Finally being able to stretch without my knee giving me issues (pain, buckling, super tight)....which I just did and it felt great. First time in two weeks I've been able to
 
This is my to-do list for the rest of the day: take a shower, feed the baby bird again at 7pm, finish crocheting the scarf for my friend, and then finish crocheting the raccoon beanie for my other friend. I may do my laundry, too. I know, my life is so very exciting!
 
To eat better than yesterday, get a long hard workout in and to make as many people here smile and laugh as I can πŸ‘
