Thank you, had been trying to remember that name! There was a short-lived Netflix show called Everything Sucks, and one of the characters wanted to be a filmmaker, and they went to a fictional place called Dominguez Rocks, which was inspired by the RL Vasquez Rocks location, but not actually filmed there and looked nothing like it. That was the name that stuck in my head though, and I couldn’t remember the right one
