Logged me out. Try to log in and it doesn't recognise my password. Try to reset my password and it wants my membership number. Can't access my membership number unless I'm in the app. Which I can't log into.
And I can't book any classes without being on the app too.

I'm gonna have to call them aren't I?

This is definitely frustrating. You could also just stop by the front desk when you check in and they should be able to fix that for you if that would be easier than dealing with someone on the phone. Sometimes they can get you into the class that you want since you’re standing right there, too. Just a suggestion. Good luck
