I don't have any songs stuck in my head right now, but I decided to quote this post so that it would live on for all time. :D

Beautiful lyrics

This reminds me of the Janie Birkin, Serge Gainsbourg song, "Je t'aime...moi non plus" which used to be a good lead-in to foreplay when I was in college.

Because of the lyrics?

(Because you know how they translate, don't you?) :D

Of course I know what the lyrics mean. :)

Ms. Birkin's breathing also added a little finesse to the song, no?

Mmmmm....remembering the phrase "entre mes ras" and the impact it had on some of my dates from the French classes I took. :D

Entre mes reins.... I bet, yes...

Hmmmmm.... the song "breathes" eroticism but the lyrics are blunt. That makes it funny.... it's erotic until you realise what they are actually saying/singing, at least, IMHO :D

F is for fire that burns down the whole town
U is for uranium bombs
N is for no survivors. . .

I really need to watch something other than kids' shows.

Oh, Lord, won't you buy me a Mer-Ce-des-Benz

My friends all drive, etc.
By Janis Joplin.
More of a prayer, really. Need a new car real bad.
Can't keep from singing it over and over.

Stand Back Up ~ Sugarland

(I've decided if my life has a theme song, this might just be it.)

relax, frankie goes to hollywood.

what's depressing is the fact that i hate that song.

SJ: for a long time, i thought that growin' up was mine.

One Step Closer, by Linkin Park. Kinda sums up my whole existence:

Everything you say to me
Takes me one step closer to the edge
And I'm about to break
I need a little room to breathe
Cause I'm one step closer to the edge
And I'm about to break
