Know what I learned in therapy today? All those cute dogs getting adopted from animal shelters videos that I love are not good for me. They trigger my abandonment issues!

It’s interesting. I thought it was a good thing, safe. The moment she said it though a light bulb went off….duh! These animals were brought in and left by their families who claimed to love them. They were just left.

DUH!!!!

Follow up with my doctor…my labs have been weird. My white blood count keeps increasing. My vitamin D levels are non existent even while taking 10k units daily plus a weekly 50k dose. No idea what’s going on and I don’t see my rheumatologist until March.
