Costco sells frozen gimbap now. I describe it as Korean sushi. Everything is cooked though. I love it fresh but this frozen one is ok in a pinch.

Took my parents for a nice little drive down the Parks Highway today. Tried to get a picture of the little valley I live in but it was tough lol. The pictures don’t show the true beauty of where I live.

The pictures DOES show the beauty where you live, Chillygirl, but what caught my eye is that you took your parents for a nice little drive and thats beautiful. Wish I still had both of my parents as you, as I would love to know what would my dad look like right now and what he would think about my life, my decisions, my choices and I would simply love to sit with him and talk now that I am adult. I look after my mum and I KNOW how much it means to her when I take her for a drive or for a little trip and I LOVE and APRECIATE anybody who does so for their parents as well. I think it means the world to them.
