Treason is a pretty serious crime. If Bush or anyone else in the administration committed such crimes, it should be a fairly straightforward matter to bring about an indictment and prosecute the individuals in question.

Certainly that prosecution would involve sworn testimony and then you wouldn't have to wonder anymore.

Until then, I guess it will remain a mystery.
