After a five year investigation and fifty million dollars, the only thing Ken Starr had on President Clinton was a lie in response to a question he asked Clinton hoping he would lie. The lie was not about murder, treason, drug dealing, or some of the other bizarre charges levied against Clinton. It was about a consensual affair with a woman past the age of consent. The Starr Investigation absolves Clinton of all the lies the Republicans threw against him.
