My first thought, was no, I don't plan them because that would seem to take away from the impulsive actions..But then, on second thought, I realized that when I send him little notes or leave him a sexy voice message telling him what I want to do that evening, in a way that's planning the encounter. And it makes for a day full of anticipation.

I don't think of it as a spark missing. If I spend time thinking about having sex, then I'm certainly in a revved up state of mind. Now, I don't plan any specifics of it--I'm more of a whatever feels good at the time kind of woman.
