It also uses Venison instead of Beef.

Dinner tonight was quick and easy. Grilled Cheese Sandwiches using Pepper Jack Cheese and thin strips of pre-cooked Bacon on Sourdough Bread.

DAMN! I thought this was a cooking thread. In any case I am about to have poached Arctic Char with a Jamaican jerk sauce and roasted pine nuts, with a side o BBQ plantains, fresh corn and rice pilaf.

I absolutely LOVE milk.....especially a nice cold glass in the middle of the night when you wake up parched. Skim milk for me.

Now that sounds good, although isn't Jerk Sauce a bit strong for Char? (Although I suppose you could replace the Habenero's with Jalapeno's or better yet Chipotle's.

Mild and Corn Bread sounds good to me.

Good old fashioned Raw Milk.

Give me good old fashioned Raw Milk, or failing that a glass filled 1/3 with Heavy Cream and 2/3 with milk. Ice cold of course.
