What's for breakfast?

I'm doing the intermittent fasting, so I don't eat until noon. But I eat breakfast sometimes then rather than lunch.

Today: Homemade Parmesan, peppercorn, sourdough toast topped with two eggs.

Comshaw

Cottage cheese with chia seeds and and buttered cinnamon swirl toast.

I had a roast beef sandwich with bread and butter pickles. Roasted the beef this morning after browning it in the skillet.

Some fatty strips of roast beef In the pan with a couple of eggs over easy.

I made my lazy version of chillequilles topped with a fried egg.

Handful of tortilla chips on a plate topped with salsa verde (green tomatillo sauce) and cheese. Nuked for a minute and a half.

I with you eat "brunch" later and have a cup of hot tea for breakfast. When I do the whole thing for brunch it is 2 eggs over easy, hash browns with peppers and onions, crisp bacon and an English muffin or regular toast with hot tea. Great

My breakfast varies. One day it's an English muffin with real butter, another day it's a sausage, egg, cheese on a biscuit, another day it's waffles and another day it's white rice with salt, pepper and real butter. On either Saturday or Sunday it's donuts from Shipley's.

Turkey and Provolone on a Toasted English Muffin slathered with Tzatziki Sauce freshly made from Plain Yogurt, Fresh Dill, Cucumber, and Garlic.

I just had half-a-dozen chocolate chip cookies with coffee.

I'm holding out for lunch. I have some great options.

Oh cool , the breakfast club thread revisited :D

Two eggs , fried hard and coffee. That’s it

There was a good deal on pork chops last week but I already had my dinner recipes lined up soooo...

...a pork chop, sunny egg, wheat toast, water.

I was going to have Guacamole on Triscuits. I crushed the Garlic and minced the Cilantro then found both the ripened Avocados were unusable. They were weirdly fibrous at the same time as blackened.

I settled for Italian Sausage Meatballs in Marinara with Mozzarella and Provolone melted on top.

Good lord I love Avocados, but it takes a trip into town
and then you cannot buy in any quantity because they
have to be eaten right away, even if you select the ones
that are a bit less ripe and a bit more firm to the touch.

You can buy Avocado product, but it ain't the same...

You can buy in bulk as long as you keep them in the refrigerator immediately and only leave out on the counter those that you wish ripened. I used to have a system where I always had one small avocado ripe every day or so.

Well, human nature being what it is, when I stuff fruit and veggies
into the designated specialty refrigerator drawers, I just tend to
forget about them altogether until they force me to clean the bins.
If they're on the counter, then I am sure to eat them. I like them.
Did I say that already?

:D
