Kellogg's Strawberry Special K with an added diced Apple and dried Cranberries. The Cranberries made it a little too sweet.

A bit of corned beef crisped up in the fry pan, a single steam basted egg, and coffee.

I like Cap'n Crunch, but they must use a Chinese recipe.

It takes a whole box to fill me up and then 30 minutes later, I'm hungry again.



So, I don't purchase it anymore. I have chickens that lay eggs (and unfortunately feed coyotes).

Cube taters like for Obrien. Fry until crispy, add some water and cover so they steam until tender. Uncover and add salsa. Mix. Done when heated through.
