Leftovers from Saturday night's pre Mother's Day meal with the family. My wife had a seafood pasta dinner and it needs to be finished tonight.

Lemon and rosemary roast chicken, leeks, potatoes and carrots from the allotment all roasted in the same pan, followed by cake. There is always cake.

Huge jacket potato with maple cured ham and baked beans, mixed leaves salad with cucumber and cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar dressing. Pot of yoghurt and banana for pud.
