I made breaded porck chops, with green beans, mushroom rice and homemade biscuts.

Sensualdreamer and gijoe_96, your dinners look amazing!

It's all rainy here today so I made chili. Because of the gloomy skies, I was limited on natural light and one of my images is blurry because I almost toppled over trying to get that angle...good times.

So, I thought I'd ask this question: How do the Playgrounder's eat their chili? With or without beans (I'm sure many a brawl has been started because of the bean/no bean debate). Jalapeno cornbread or crackers? Do you top it with onions, cheese, avacado, or sour cream? Do you eat it with crackers and dip it in the bowl like me, or do you crush them up and mix it in? Or are you a chili purist - just a couple of scoops in the bowl and grab a spoon; no toppings, crackers or cornbread.

Thanks so much R :)

To answer your question...I go w/ chili and no beans (I've heard beans are just a "filler" anyways). I use a mixture of beef & sausage w/ my chili and DAMN it's good! I usually top my chili w/ cheese and sour cream and normally serve it w/ a side of Yankee cornbread (a sweeter counterpart to its Southern cousin) or if I want a change I go w/ "Jacked up" cornbread (a variation w/ monterrey jack cheese, chiles and corn blended into the cornbread)

Tonight...

It's a repeat offender but SO damned good!!!!

Deconstructed Chicken Kiev, Italian roasted potatoes, and spinach w/ a feta tomato salsa
