I forgot which Lit member originally posted that they make a pizza in a
cast iron skillet so I knew I had to try it. Not sure of the recipe that they
used but DAMN was this meat trio pizza awesome :D
Served w/ a side of chicken ceasar salad :)

Sensualdreamer, that pizza looks amazing!

In case anyone is interested in a tip for reheating leftover pizza, instead of using the microwave or turning the oven on to reheat one or two slices, use a large skillet.

Put your pizza in a large skillet.
Turn the heat to medium.
Cover the skillet with a lid and heat for about 4-5 minutes.

This will crisp up the crust while warming the toppings without drying them out or trapping in steam.

Chicken with Brooklyn-style pepperoni, bacon, onions, mushrooms, and pineapple
Cheesy garlic fingers
Garden salad

A salad - baby spinach, grilled chicken breast, strawberries, a little Parmesan cheese, and a raspberry vinaigrette.

Waiting to see what's for dinner. Just handed son cash and said surprise me. Could be a mistake.
