Roast lamb, roast tatties, savoy cabbage, carrots, mash and glorious gravy...love Sunday roast when I have the motivation to make it...:D

Home made steak fajitas, queso, rice and beans all wrapped up in flour tortillas! Even had the peppers and onions! I didnt forget the Modelo Amber, good food deserves a good beer!

For the family - left over ribs and home made corned beef hash.
For me - baked eggplant with tomatoes, feta and provalone.

A stewed pork chop with steamed asparagus, sauteed mushrooms, smashed potatoes and Malbec.

1/4th of an entire French loaf of bread converted into a sandwich consisting of turkey, bologna, salami, provolone cheese, may, & mustard

The other 3/4ths have already been eaten by yours truly:)

Tho I'm married, I do most of the cooking in the relationship. I made some pretty good chicken/rice tacos recently...with cheese sauce and veggies. They were excellent.

Dinner was at Cattlemen's Steakhouse tonight.
Appetizers were bacon wrapped prawns and artichoke cheese dip.
Sourdough bread and salad with blue cheese dressing.
Dinner was a 20 ounce Cowboy Ribeye. I ate part of it and then gnawed the bone.
Hubby had an 18 ounce, end cut prime rib.

It was as amazing as always! Well worth the drive!

Lemon and thyme roasted free range organic chicken with mashed potatoes and runner beans with really good gravy...the smell of it cooking is making my tumbly rumbly!:D

Minestrone soup, corn bread, and Beer. I was going to smoke a Boston Butt out on the smoker but the rain just won't let up.

Pulled pork, from the crock pot, whipped potatoes, green beans, rolls, salad..well, the salad is mine.
