Awww I was just tryin to be all gentlemanly like and offer you my share of the lima beans

Steamed veggies...Mixed berries with flax...Lemon water...

Would rather of had mashed potatoes and mac and cheese though...Tired of eating healthy...:(

as i was looking through recipes for colcannon, i stumbled upon a recipe for something called irish champ. it's basically mashed potatoes with green onions blended in. i had some green onions to use up so i went with champ instead of colcannon. don't worry, colcannon - we'll have our day soon.

i searched two grocery stores for kerrygold butter and couldn't find it; they had kerrygold cheese, though. the butter is probably sold at whole foods, but it's cold outside and i really didn't have the energy to make the 15-20 minute trip. my land o' lakes came through like a....well, a champ.:)

sláinte.

Lemongrass scented rice and home made (from scratch) green thai curry with green chillies on the side, with cold beer. And home made brownies for after.

I can't remember what I had for dinner, but after reading through this thread... I'll have whatever Respeito is having.

Grilled Chicken Breast ...

Just not sure if it's going over lettuce or noodles
