What's for Dinner!

It will be leftovers from the afternoon meal...
ham and/or pork loin w/cherry sauce, roasted broccoli/cauliflower/carrots, scalloped potatoes, deviled eggs and a lemon cream butter cake for dessert

or maybe a peanut butter sandwich..

Dinner... lunch was quite pedestrian so dinner must be special.. A little buccae, hot tongue and sautéed brain. Salad of garden greens. Don't think I want any dressing for the salad. Now to get cooking. First stop the freezer to see how Billy's holding up.

I made a cheeseburger with sauteed mushrooms and a sauteed thick slice of onion AND BACON....all wrapped in a big lettuce leaf. It was DELICIOUS !
