i ate meat last night for the first time in ages - coz I didn't have to cook it
2nite - coffee cigarettes chocolate
...here's to good health

Roasted chicken glazed with lemon and honey
Spinach salad with strawberries and almonds
Hot Crash potatoes
Steamed green beans and carrots
Vienna bread

I actually have my menu planned tonight.

Grilled chicken tenderloins, french cut green beans, and vermicelli in garlic and olive oil. It was yummy, if I say so myself!

OK, since I had my consciousness raised about brining pork:

Grilled country-style spare ribs, brining all day in salt, sugar, cracked garlic and some herbs, enough water to immerse. Dry rubbed before hitting the grill.

More corn on the cob, and because I'm being watched, a green veggie. Probably sauteed spinach. :)

YUM. I'll be right over for uh...well,, prolly leftovers by this time. :)

Grilled salmon filets, brushed with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Grilled corn on the cob, green salad or veggie TBD.

Looks like grilled scallops, caesary tortellini salad with roasted red peppers and halved grape tomatoes served on a bed of lettuce. Unless I get lazy. :D
