Fish in fennel, tomato, garlic and onion sauteed in olive oil. Steamed pumpkin with crispy garlic.

oven-baked chicken with a creamy mushroom dill sauce, salad, roasted veggies, and Hokey Pokey ice cream for dessert :cattail:

Rigatoni, roasted broccoli, garlic, plum tomatoes, basil and sweet sausage with olive oil, squeezed lemon hot chili flake and a grating of good parmesan.

A quickly cobbled together gumbo-ish concoction of Bean Brothers' sausage, diced & fried to near crisp, onions, black beans, blackeye peas, diced tomatoes and rice; cooked 'til the liquid was gone.

And it was damn good.....:)

It was going to be steak til someone came home and I forgot all about them on the grill for a while.

We had to go with chili dogs :)

Well the best offer I can give is to share the recipe ;)

Thank you Blade - tho I'll say your descriptions of what you cook sound awesome too ;)

Thanks...though my creations lack the presentability of yours! Your stuff LOOKS good, too!

* I considered steak tonight, but I just had a huuuuuge prime rib dinner Sunday....*

I think we've eaten out more than at home the past month or so....:(
