I broke down today and went for the greasy cheeseburger at the local diner. Mmmmmm.

Have no idea. Still getting over the rush I got from my Zero bar and coffee for breakfast.

I really haven't been eating very well.....

So today I went nuts for colesterol.

Went to Chef's Kitchen only steps away from my work. It's one of those Mid-Town lunch deli's that have everything - lot of it sold by weight.

I got creamed pasta with ham and peas and a hunk of chicken lasagna and two cheese ravioli's and a big wadd of smashed potatoes - all in one big styrofome tub.

Ummmmmm, ummm!

Washin' it down with a Mountain Dew.

Lunch? Umm, probably these two Oreos left over from last night. Then, no more Oreos.

fried steak, corn, mashed potatoes.
for dessert i had chocolate bars.
had my apples, bananas and an orange
2 cinnamon bagles
oops, almost forgot my lettuce salad.
