I have to swear by Sliquid personally...I haven't tried their whole product line, but Silk I love. It is water-based, toy-safe (works wonders with my Smartballs) and yeah....I'd recommend it to anyone I know

Corn Husker's Lotion

I wouldn't recommend Corn Husker's Lotion for anyone's vagina. The stuff has a strong odor and it's made to be applied to hands only. I used to use it when I worked as a mechanic on my nasty dry cracked hands. Great for that but I can't imagine using it on my lady's delicate flower.

A woman's vagina is worth a few bucks to invest in a quality lubricant. Don't f@ck around with shitty corn-husker's lotion for it. Come on folks!

I have to say for my use only I really like Gun Oil. It is super slick and cleans up with a towel, but it does leave your skin with that silky feel. For other purposes I like ID Glide (with a pump top!)

Shipping charges vary from store to store. Sometimes retailers try to make up for lower prices with outrageous shipping charges, but I still am usually able to find what I need at a lower price overall.

There's NO way I ever would have gotten 16oz of ID Millenium for $25 at a local adult store, for instance. It was a ridiculously low price online, even.

If you haven't done so already, check out how much it is online for the size you want, if you're getting more than a sample/pillow pack size. Nitetimetoys.com and Drugstore.com appear to have pretty good prices and reasonable shipping, IIRC. I bought mine at Gamelink.com, and while it's not $20/pint anymore, the shipping was reasonable when I bought the last bottle.

Then you'll have a good ideas as to whether or not the prices at the adult store are semi-reasonable for that size.

I'd say you either want to try a sample size from your adult store, or buy either the 4.9 or 8 ounce bottle online. Bottles that are smaller than that are usually very expensive per ounce and a waste, in my experience. I don't think you'll be sorry with a larger amount, since it's so great for so many activities and generally cheaper per ounce and shipping for larger bottles, BUT if you're new to silicone, trying a pillow pack first before you invest in a larger bottle is a good idea.

At any rate, let us know what you think about it for anal and cock play at the very least!

Thanks for everyone's feedback. It's been really helpful. I still like Astroglide, but I have taken to Wet Platinum. I like the way it feels during regular intercourse, and it cleans up easily. I'm going to have to go on a shopping adventure and try some of the Eros and a couple of others.

JO has always been my favourite, though it can be considered a bit pricey. Both their water and silicone is great. I prefer the silicone for a nice handjibber. However, the silicone does leave a wet feeling afterwards. I like it, but some may not.

Pjur and Wet are also pretty good.

I hate KY Jelly and if it wasn't sold at mainstream chain stores I don't think they'd ever sell a single bottle.
