What's your mood at this moment?

In almost thirty-seven years in this business, today was the worst work day I have ever had. I know at least one other had a worse day. I just hope the sun comes up tomorrow.

Thanks for letting me vent a bit.

Sorry to hear that. Hope it's fixable?

Hoping that tomorrow is a better day again.

Minorly accomplished.

(Finally [after a month], galvanized by the rumor our fifth landlord in six years is looking to sell, got the paperwork done enough to fire back at my sister so she and her husband can move me to where they can keep an eye on me and keep me from wandering off into traffic.)

Hoping tomorrow is a much better day for you.

You’re a treasure for a friend. Who and where are they that upset your day? Need me to do some assassin work for you? Do I need to steal a child’s bicycle with a backpack of explosives to get up there and get results for you? Just say the word.

My mood: RETALIATION!, yet calm.

Sorry to hear that. Hope it's fixable?

Thanks folks. I just needed to vent a bit. (BCC: All I would need to do is show "them" you striding in wearing "those" heels, and they would cower in the corner.) It all looks much better today, and I can put it behind me.

Today's mood: looking up.

I’m glad. You’re a treasure of a friend, as I said before. If you’re good, so am I. Yet, I’m not afraid to help out in a time of need.

my mood: Pleasant

Exhausted! But also happy. We have a new baby bird in our family. He hatched this morning.

Relieved to be done “my” work for the day. Now to flit around and see what he’s been up to…

Pissed.

I have too many things and people relying on me for the next two days to be sick.

Fuck off, vertigo!

I feel your pain. I dealt with a severe case of that about a month ago. Every now and then, I still feel dizzy depending on the position of my head.

Over the counter Dramamine can be taken if you don’t have access to Meclizine.

Thanks, I fortunately have plenty of meclazine. This is my 5th episode in 9 years and it sucks each and every time.

Mine came back from me drinking too many milk based products, like protein drinks, milk and cereal (with milk). How can this cause vertigo?

I diagnosed it myself. When I drank a lot of milk, it caused the the area where my ears, nose and throat meet to overload with mucus and unaligned the crystals in my ears causing the imbalance, otherwise known as my equilibrium and also caused an inner ear infection. I know it was milk because I took myself off milk for over a year and a half to 2 years. In that time, I stopped snoring as loud and was able to breathe better (not as much phlegm in my lungs) and reduced asthma symptoms completely. Those symptoms came back when I drank milk (or milk products) in excess.

Pay attention to what you put in your body to see what is happening to cause it. I’m not saying milk is the culprit for you. It could be something you are allergic to, food wise. Milk was it for me.

My mood: relaxed, yet awake.

There's a lot of other issues which can affect vertigo and balance too such as meniere's disease. I hope you feel better soon!

Rather stressed for THE big deadline on Monday. This is what I've been working up to for 5+ years.
