When I confronted my cheating wife and asked about her lover's cock.

My wife (ex, now) told me her lover's cock was at least 8".

All these years later, I find myself wondering if it was true, or if she was just telling me what she thought i wanted to hear. However, she is a very honest person, and she did also tell her sister and her daughter the same thing (at different times). So, maybe true.

If you haven't seen it, you should stream the movie "Closer" which gives great examples of this and more. With Julia Roberts, Clive Owen, Natalie Portman, and Jude Law, it's definitely a mainstream film. It explores infidelity, and the confrontation scenes are amazing. Not just cock size, but cum - taste, volume, where it was deposited, etc. And of course, how many times they fucked, where did they do it, etc. I watched it in a theater and was stunned that they would go into all that 'publicly.'

I saw it too -- full of ideas that turned me on

Okay, I'm intrigued. But one question, before I go looking for it: every mainstream film I've ever watched that explored this or similar subjects— no matter how sexy it got in the mid scenes— always ended badly for some or all of the characters. Sort of moralistic story in disguise. It almost seems like some sort of unwritten Hollywood rule.

So, is this one of those? Because if it is, it would only disappoint me.

A bit. More that they ended up sad.

Yeah. And to me, that's bad. Hollywood rule: no sexually “deviant” relationship can be portrayed in a positive light. I guess bdsm has become mainstream enough that it's okay once in a while (I'm thinking “Secretary”— but even there, it's important that the man is dominant and the woman submissive). And gay and lesbian relationships are fine now— so long as they model the monogamous, suburban, 2 car garage, 2.25 children— in short, the heteronormative— ideal.

But cheating? Polyamory? Cuckoldry!? We can show it, we can even make it sexy as fuck— so long as we're made aware that it “never ends well.” I'm still waiting for “Cheating Hearts— Happily Ever After.” 😄

Valid question. You should pass on this one.
