1. Paxton is enforcing Texas law, passed into law by state Congress and signed by the governor.
2. I was discussing our federal government and ability to pass legislation that is unpopular in our country
3. Project 2025 mostly focused on executive power, which would sign a bill (doubtful) that is passed by Congress (also doubtful)
