Where is the daily bitch thread when you need it?

Internet banking is convenient for us, we used to go to the post office to pay the bills (phone, electricity etc) but found that problems with parking and sometimes Master's health meant that there was stress getting them paid on time. So now Master gives me His half of the bill in cash and I use my internet bank account to schedule the payments in advance. I used to do this when I lived in New Zealand too, I hardly ever paid a bill in person.

The only time I walk into a bank now is to pay the rent - Master refuses to set that up as an automatic payment considering some of the problems He has had with the housing co-op. He has been known to be rather overdue with His rent payments in the past ;) because of so many delays in getting work done around here

Literally until I was 25 I always went into the bank to do my business, I just like that personal contact, this holds true to food and other aspects as well. I got out of the habit of doing it face to face but as so many things are so near to where I live or takes like 10 min bus ride why not just get some personalized service too.

I also thing that all these advances that make our lives nicer like the internet and cellphones have major drawbacks too, topping the list is identity theft, besides if you pay it in person you get a receipt that can back up your claim should there be a problem.

I always take the option of the bank emailing me a receipt of any payment made, and it is kept until the next bill arrives with the acknowledgement of the previous payment. :)

Clueless on what my bank does on that, though I could just look at the website or give em a call. But going inside and waiting is as much a part of me and my persona as my gotee and 2 chocker chain wallet.

I pay all of my bills online, that I can. Some are even automatic withdrawls. But, each one has a reciept of some kind and the bank notates it when I pay through them, too. I can also print a reciept on some things.

But, if you prefer to go and pay in person, that's what I'd do. Personally, I would rather do it online, because it saves time and if I don't have the money until a few days before the bill is due, I can delay payment almost to the last minute with online.

Still, I just do it because I prefer that way. If you prefer to pay in person, I see nothing wrong with your way, either. But, I do see a problem coming in the future with your stepdad's girlfriend, if you continue to go against her wishes...no matter what seems to be your preference. You know what I mean, Vern?

I prefer to pay online, but only cause it's such a pain to get the kids in and out of the car. If I was by myself I'd go in and do it personally.

Not in a big hurry so... and tomorrow I will present her with the 3 reciepts for the 3 bills. Yes something will happen, I will move out but that is a good thing, not a truck driver anymore and my mom is been dead 2 years in few days so I never have to see them again, I am a real bastard if you want me to go there and they seem to desire that. I am also vera stubborn and have the strength of will to follow this out when it comes to that.
