Iolaus
Iolaus heard the battle and knew that something had gone wrong. Now he wasnt worried about not getting Hercules and Aphrodite out of the underword because of their facination with each other. Now he was worried about any of them getting out of their because the dead didnt leave the underworld.
Moving faster than he could remember moving before, Iolaus broke out of the passageway and into a place that could only be Tartarus and immediately applied the brakes coming to a screetching halt and shouting out in surprise and dread.
There was Hercules fighting a hydra. Not a memory that was looked on fondly by Iolaus and one that he would rather not relive. But he wasnt about to let his best friend fight the monster alone.
Giving a quick look around, he spied a torture that might be helpful. Hades was going to have a fit as well as a bad time getting this place back to order but needs of the present outweighted even godly anger.
The torture he spied was a woman who was tied to a stake and being burnt eternally by wood that was never consumed.
With a run toward the woman at the stake he grabbed two good sized sticks that were burning with the unearthly fire.
With a flip and a roll, he was moving under the hydra, had slapped one burning branch into Herc's hands and stood beside his friend with the other one ready to strike at the hydra and protect Hercule's back.
